I wish I could give negative stars. This book only suggests three meal plans, a 16/8 intermittent fasting schedule and meal plan, a 24 hour alternate day fasting and meal, a 42 hour alternate day fasting and meal plan. Let me be clear, that last ones says don't eat anything Nadia Brito Pateguana This book is so well written. Informative and straight to the point! I highly recommend this book to any of my friends with PCOS. I also recommend Dr Jason Fung other books but Nadia really has a deep understanding of PCOS and how to treat it naturally! Wish I had my hands Nadia Brito Pateguana I love the fact that this is a no nonsense approach to PCOS. Why wasn't I told about this when I was a teenager? I could have avoided decades of suffering. Thank you both for this book, the science, the logic, the advice, the meal plans and the recipes. I am going to start Nadia Brito Pateguana
