Excellent author very well written Steve Pemberton While the stories of the individuals discussed in the book are interesting, I frankly didn’t find them truly engaging and I wasn’t a fan of Pemberton’s writing style. And his analysis of why these people are lighthouses struck me as very shallow. Very disappointed. Steve Pemberton The Lighthouse Effect is than a book.
