My girls are only in 3rd and 2nd grade but I will be reading this many times before adolescence! SO readable and lots of applicable tips on how to remain in relationship with your daughters during what can feel like tumultuous times. It really helps you view your girls through the lens of their humanity and what they’re learning that is triggering them to act certain ways. Really interesting read and helps you to see things from a teens perspective and realise things are often manageable than you think. Tips on how to approach difficult subjects and a section ‘when to worry ‘. I liked the chapters from £0.00 , This book has really helped me navigate the ups and downs of dealing with a teenage daughter. I have just finished it, but am now starting it again xx £0.00 , I have been reading parents' guide books since my eldest one was born ( and she is a mother herself now) and have been through I am sure all the most popular ones. My favorite ever was The blessing of a skinned knee by Wendy Morgan which is such a common sense book My £0.00 , As the mother of an 11 yr old daughter I've been 'bracing for the teenage years to hit'.
