Fantastic and insightful book on how to manage and deal with our emotions in a healthy way. Susan David offers practical life skills that I wish I learnt growing up. She teaches how not to bottle or brood over our emotions but to acknowledge them and meet them and deal with Dragons I feel like I have been able to finally exhale completely after surviving on short breaths most of my life… and holding it for the last year. Susan has given me a perspective that has allowed me to look forward with hope. Beginning to see emotions as indicators helps me not Dragons I have been reading self help and psychology books since the 70s and this is one of the best. I got mine on kindle first but now have bought a hard copy. The author's communication style is very clear, appropriately casual and often humourous. If you like the Dr Gordon Dragons I feel like this book was written for me, it defines being human and the fears and doubts that comes with living in this world with compassion and clarity, and provides some good tools for living a complete, full life. It was like each page had something powerful to Dragons Loved this book if you want to learn how to Show Up Step Out and Learn from sometimes heartbreaking situations then this is the book for you Dragons
