Angelica By Tracie Podger

Do you believe in love at first sight?

I didn’t, in fact, I didn’t believe in love at all.

That was until the man with the dirty blond hair rescued me from hell.

Angelica has spent her short life in servitude.

Unofficially married at twelve and caring as best she can for stolen and abused children wasn’t the servitude she expected, though.

When Angelica realised she needed to run, or die trying, her only hope was that the Sartorri family would take her in.

She hadn’t banked on the man with the blue eyes and the dirty blond hair.

She hadn’t banked on falling for someone twice her age and who couldn’t even speak her language.

It was doomed to fail….wasn’t it?

THE AUTHOR ADVISES THAT YOU READ FALLEN ANGEL, PART 6 BEFORE THIS NOVELLA

Readers of the Fallen Angel series first meet Angelica in Fallen Angel, Part 6 and it is recommended that you ask about Angelica before reading this novella if you are not familiar with her backstory. This novella will be uncomfortable reading for some. For readers over the age of 18 due to the content.
  Angelica

Angelica is a short quick novella linked to the fallen angel series. This book though needs to be read after Fallen Angel Part 6, and has a trigger subject warning of abuse throughout.

This novella looks at the introduction of our newest character Angelica, who only comes into the series in book 6, with her focus being survival and escape from her past.

With also seeing the starts of a relationship potential between Travis and Angelica, makes you wonder what's next in store for this series?

Absolutely amazing series.
Angelica Beta Read Angelica A short but harrowing story, Angelica has suffered a life of abuse and next to know love, been forced to look after children also forced into the same life. Despite that she is strong, determined to try and help some escape and wishes she could do that for all of them. This isn't graphic details, no actual scenes of full on abuse so shouldn't be a big trigger for any readers, it's more her thoughts and her life up until the house is sold to Robert and she manages to get help. It's sad, it's a hard life but it is in a way a happy ending. It isn't her whole life though, it only takes us so far. Angelica is a strong, determined character who has love inside her, she's empathetic yo others, even those that don't always show her the same. But she does also do a few things through force, necessity or need that show she won't always be complacent. I loved that she wasn't beaten down or completely broken, she had spirit and a heart. Angelica Firstly let me say that this story has to be read after Fallen Angel pt6, it can not be read as a standalone.

Secondly, this really short novella deals with a difficult subject. It's not detailed, which is good, but as a reader you are aware of the type of abuse that is suggested.

It was good to get an insight into this newly introduced character's background. Whilst reading FA6 I had not realised how young Angelica was.

The story has left me curious as to what is going to happen to Angelica now, how is her relationship with Travis going to develop?

I love the Fallen Angel series and its accompanying novellas, this mafia world has me hooked and always wanting more. I'm praying that we get either a novella or FA7. Angelica I love the Fallen Angels series by Tracie Podger. I've always felt bad for Travis having no one of his own, but it looks as though he might after all. This is Angelica's backstory. This novella is not for the faint of heart, the poor girl suffered more than her fair share at the hands of those who were to watch over her. I can't wait to see where these characters go in the future. Angelica

Wow what a story a hard book to read but I honestly couldn’t put it down read it in 2 sittings a great story Angelica We were introduced to Angelica in Fallen series book 6. She was a bit of a mystery. Her story was one of survival. It shows her strength and fight to overcome the hard times.

It was a shorter book. I would of liked to see more of the story between Angelica and Travis. Travis deserves a HEA. I do hope he will get it soon.

I am waiting for the next book of this series!
Angelica I was honoured to read this last part of the Fallen Angel short stories that celebrate the main characters in this enticing and brilliant series.

Angelica is a young girl who's body is broken due to the family she is enslaved in. Her mother worked for the family and the son claimed Angelica for his own. What happens to Angelica's spirit is a miracle and when she gets away is nothing of a miracle.

A short story about the most brilliant woman you would ever meet with a spirit to match. Angelica After meeting Angelica in Fallen Angel 6 I could not wait to read her story. I new it would not be sunshine and roses but this broke me, which is hard to do. This had me captivated from the start and I could not put it down. I now can’t wait for the next Fallen Angel to see what happens. Angelica
