TEXAS BEER GUIDE – AUSTIN LAUNCH PARTY

Hosted by Mike Cortez of Texas Beer Guide

 Austin, TX September 8, 2012, Mike Cortez of Texas Beer Guide will host a gathering of Texas breweries for a public tasting and the official launch of the Texas Beer Guide website. The event will take place at Co-Lab Projects (613 Allen St. Austin, TX. 78702) at 4pm.

 Rogness Brewing Co. (Austin), Black Star Co-Op (Austin), 512 Brewing (Austin), Adelbert’s Brewery (Austin), Real Ale Brewing Co. (Blanco) Saint Arnold Brewing Co. (Houston), Project Brew (Houston) and Guadalupe Brewing Co. (New Braunfels) are the Texas breweries participating in the event in hopes of spreading public knowledge and awareness about craft beer made here in Texas. Each company will give attendees a chance to sample and learn about the beers they brew and the differences of craft beer. We are proud to have these breweries right here in Texas. Texas craft breweries are a growing industry which is bringing jobs and economic growth across the state

 The Texas Beer Guide – Austin Launch Party is a free event and is open to the public, ages 21 and up. The coordinators ask that attendees bring canned goods or non perishable’s which will be donated to the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas. This event is a great way to support Texas business while helping those in need.

 Texas Beer Guide is a blog written by Mike Cortez featuring news and events surrounding the craft beer community in Texas.
