Zegin's Abduction By Timothy Trimble
A debut with interesting tech for Trimble. I enjoyed the way Zegin juggled pessimism and optimism in his career struggles. The complexity of technology was intriguing as you wonder which item each piece might represent in our current world. It's a rough 'road' Zegin travels through the planets and stars. Trimble makes you feel each and every bump along the way helping you escape from reality for a little while into a very different, yet somewhat similar world. Timothy Trimble
Zegin's expectation of a normal day spent fixing starships is drastically altered when he's abducted by the Sarreth. He becomes their pawn in an attempt to subvert the Terranian defense grid. A threat of war and the potential death of thousands depends on the actions of this lone troubleshooter in the deep space of Epsilon.
This second book in the Zegin's Adventures series doesn't require reading of book one, Zegin's Infection. However, it does help to explain some of the occurrences in the first story.
While these are not full length novels, Zegin's Adventures are a series of stories which can be enjoyed in a single sitting. Kind of like watching a regular Saturday afternoon science fiction matinee. Zegin's Abduction
