Gives a great view of life as seen from the sharp end of the LRP war in Vietnam. Writing is fairly standard and whilst some of the soul searching feels a little 'post event' I wasn't there so who am I to comment. As a result not gung ho although author rightly proud of Bill Goshen Extremely interesting view of a war declared by a government that never fully committed to it much to the disgust of the many serving soldiers. I sympathise with Bill Goshen I his comments about their lack of support and the idiotic way the youth of America believed the Bill Goshen Great book about a small band of soldiers in vietnam..highly recommendedOnly disappointing thing is the poor quality photos Bill Goshen I am really lookingy the book.
