Really great book for new vegetarians / vegans. Have found many dishes completely new to my palette, especially on the vegan front like the peanut sweet potato curry, fennel stew and hoisin tofu! Showed my daughter and she was equally excited, she said Dad I want to try everything. We have made about 8 of the recipes so far, and on the whole, not found one that we want to make Veggie Lean in 15: 15-minute Veggie Meals with Workouts Love the recipes in this book and the fact most are for 1 person, so no halving/quartering of quantities and no waste. I'm not a vegetarian but I wanted to improve my diet. The food is just so different and flavourful. I really love this book. The recipes are so quick and easy, healthy and tasty! I've tried similar recipes from other books which takes as least double the time and doesn't taste as good. The only downside is that it does not include the nutritional information for the Veggie Lean in 15: 15-minute Veggie Meals with Workouts I decided to go veggie in January, but was a little stuck for meal ideas. I try really hard to eat well, but also work long hours, so my priority was to find a book with tasty recipes that were easy and quick to prepare. This book met and exceeded all of my Veggie Lean in 15: 15-minute Veggie Meals with Workouts I was a bit skeptical at first buying Joe Wicks books however I was pleasantly surprised that this turned out to be a good book. Im an at home mum and i do struggle to cook meals let alone thinking about what to cook when your trying to juggle everyday life however the Veggie Lean in 15: 15-minute Veggie Meals with Workouts Great recipes. Lots to add to our repertoire here! Not so interested in the non foodie part of the book, but hey It's Joe Wicks, what do you expect!?
