My kiddos love this series. It is fun, clean and good ole fashioned detective work (for kids). :) You can also solve stuff and go online and enter the answers to earn printable badges. Their online webpage also has games to play too. Super fun for kids. No gimmicks, J. I. Wagner 6yo grandson likes the fact that he has to figure out who did it. Keeps them interested J. I. Wagner The storyline was fine. I like the way it involves the reader. My only issue was I think the pictures that the reader needs to search should be on a single page and a bit bigger. I found it difficult to see some of the details that would help solve the question posed. Can’t J. I. Wagner I took a chance ordering this book and I was rewarded with a gem! I teach challenged students who need status from books that are involved and interesting to them. This book has it all. I’ve been teaching for over 30 years and I use a language based method with J. I. Wagner I bought this for my eight year old granddaughter, and it held her interest and it had a lot of bonus material, so was worth the money and she liked it J. I. Wagner
