Claudia has hit it out of the ballpark for these tasty recipes! If you’re sensitive to foods like nightshades, her books are a must. Just finding Plant Paradox recipes is difficult but this makes finding great ones easy. She’s done all the research into making healthy choices for cooking. I’d recommend buying all her books.
