This perhaps is one of the best books I have read from this author. Robert weaves a brilliant tale of an attack by night fighter bomber squadron interweaved against a factual backdrop of the battle of britain. Pilots stories from both the RAF the the Luftwaffe are woven into the mix. I really enjoyed the book and would recommend it to all who want a story a bit different from some of the WW2 stories out there where the hero never dies!! Well done Robert. Keep them coming Robert Jackson Having followed Ken Armstrong through his operations in Norway and then France I was interested in what he was he to further his career, this third book chronicling his story takes the readers through the Battle of Britain in vivid detail about the aircraft involved in these operations, I will be reading the rest of the series. Robert Jackson just to read on my pet subject Robert Jackson I read this book as I've read all of the Yeoman series books by Jackson. The Intruder is well written and flows smoothly with great action sequences. Character development isn't as strong as in the Yeoman series but very good nonetheless Robert Jackson Classic war series! I enjoy every book. Wish they were a longer read ! Robert Jackson
