To be honest I don't normally buy cookbooks, however, I wanted to give this one a try. I am glad I did. Even though it is a Diet Cookbook, it does serve its purpose. I can honestly say these recipes in this Cookbook, does help you to stay healthy, with energy then and 1 more , Kindle, Paperback We’ve tried almost half the recipes so far and we have really enjoyed trying them.
