Fergus, the Fly by Night Flea is a buddy story about a flea with high-society aspirations (he's looking for a French poodle to befriend) and a junkyard ssdog named Xavier who knows the blessings of a simple life. In a story set in Ireland, young Sean wishes he could find a leprechaun with a stash of gold to help his father keep the family farm.
