This book is well produced on good quality paper with lots of illustrations. It gives a combination of techniques for smoking and curing wih some recipes included. I'm sure many will enjoy this book but for me there is too much emphasis on the author, with many Hardcover I bought this book for my son in the hope he might cook me a meal. It hasn't happened yet but the pictures in this book will make you feel hungry. I like the look of a lot of the recipes. Hardcover Looking forward to my first attempt at smoking food. Have been wanting to try it for ages. Hardcover Recommend this book if you are into cooking and smoking food. Hardcover A continuation of the Haynes series.
