Logan Arthur has crafted a compelling coming of age tale sprinkled with horror elements that will captivate any young adult reader and beyond.

I found myself unable to put the book down as I was emotionally attached to the characters. I needed to know what happened next. Additionally, it was refreshing for the main protagonist to represent black and queer communities.

Arthur is clearly inspired by the likes of Stephen King and Jordan Peele but never copies them. This is a completely original, enthralling story about a young man’s struggle with identity as a minority in the face of sinister opposition.

I can’t recommend it enough. Silver by Logan Arthur
