Book was very useful, very detailed. Most of it was pictures and diagrams showing how to hold the instruments and approach the patient. But only got it because I needed it for school.. Periodontal Instrumentation: A Clinical Manual Anna Pattison's book is very helpful, as are her lectures. If you ever get a chance to take her hands on course do it! She has helped me become an even better dental hygienist. Periodontal Instrumentation: A Clinical Manual Not much to say about this product other than it's written by the Goddess of Dental Hygiene: Anna Pattison. Almost everyone who buys this book does so because it's required by the school. The book is easy to follow and a great guide on how to use dental hygiene instruments.
