This is a solid commentary, but disappointing overall given the author's normal quality. I felt like Schreiner just phoned it in and said whatever the Baptists told him to say in this commentary. Stanley Porter's The Letter to the Romans is much helpful. Use it alongside Anthony Thiselton's Discovering Romans, and Ben Witherington's Paul's Letter to the Romans. Romans One the best commentary there is on the Romains Epistle. Schreiner delivers a thorough study of one of the most important paulinian letter. Romans Muito bom!
