My Cowboys By Scarlett Water

My

Enjoy

A great paced novella. I enjoyed the writing and the characters. Moving on to the next book. I really liked the writing My Cowboys Short and cute, but the writing was a little awkward. My Cowboys stole parts from other books, was underdeveloped but was ok My Cowboys Academy Fanfic My Cowboys Super cute

Love this story however I think she has read the ghost bird series as she has used quite a few elements from them still a real good read My Cowboys

A story of abuse, not a romance

The characters are pretty one dimensional and this is more a story of abuses on a young girl, not a romance. If you like to read about awful things done to a helpless girl, you will like it. But, while it had potential, the main characters are bland at best. My Cowboys A lovely clean ménage story. Rose is living with her adopted family who abuse her. Life is not great for Rose. The family moves from California to Montana to be near her adopted brothers school.

At her new school she meets Clint and Xander and life starts to look up a little.

A nicely written clean story with romance and drama, a thoroughly enjoyable read My Cowboys I get why some of the reviews compare this to the ghost bird series. The punishments from that book from kneeling in rice to drinking something that takes away your voice were repeated in this book. The plot is different however. It was interesting enough.

My main issue is that at the end, when the FMC is saved, there is no explanation for how the H’s knew to call in the police. It was just too easy and too perfect with no explanation. A simple sentence stating that she managed to get off a text as a warning could have maybe fixed that problem? Or that the adoptive father send a text to tell them to go away and they did not fall for it? But otherwise there was no reason for them to send the police so that was just lucky. My Cowboys Ive read a couple books by this author now, and apart from the first one which i enjoyed, the rest of her books are basically carbon copies of one another with only names and environments changed. The heroes all have green eyes and black hair. They all call the heroine the same sweet nicknames. Its like the author cant think of any other descriptions and dialogue. I think this author has good work, but needs more practice. My Cowboys Great Story

I greatly enjoyed this story. While it does have some similarities with The Academy, it is it's very own story. I especially like how it maintains the teenage theme. Makes it more realistic than if she would've acted & spoken like an adult when that's not the environment. My Cowboys

Rose lost her family when she was only ten years old. A year later she was adopted and had high hopes of finally being part of a real family again. But the Walkers are abusive and their son Chad is a perv. He's always lying to his parents and getting her into trouble. Now she's about to start her senior year of high school, and thankfully Chad isn't there to bother her anymore. But even in her new school there are people that take an instant dislike towards her, even though she doesnt know why at first. At least she has the Campbell boy's, Xander and Clint. They quickly become protective of Rose and when they learn about what's happening to her at home they give her an ultimatum. Leave the Walkers or they are going to do something about it. But she can't just leave before she turns 18 or the police will just take her right back to the Walkers, who will punish her the moment the authorities arn't looking. What will happen, can Rose escape from the Walkers with the help of Clint and Xander, or will the Walkers punish her to far, ending her life before it can even really start. My Cowboys
