ce live contient un max de lacune en physiologie, mécanique et en principe fondamentaux, il est cher pour rien, que de l'entraînement mais jamais de grimpe, on ne parle pas des bonnes choses. Ses idées son marrantes mais non fondées, non réalistes parfois, (il y a 10 ans de planifications pour suivre son modèle. Des répétitions, des confusions a n'en plus finir, ce livre se résume en 10 pages, et on ne perd aucun contenu tellement le peu de contenu est diffus dans et perdu dans la masse de paragraphes inutiles and 2 more , Kindle Edition, Paperback Book jumps around and falls short of actually helping you create a training program that you can implement. TLDR is you can alternate strength, power and power endurance days.I’m sure it contains some good information if you take notes, collate them and synthesize them into your own program. and 2 more , Kindle Edition, Paperback Training can be overwhelming. This book, and all the climb strong books provide logical understanding of what climbers potentially want to accomplish, and how to work towards that.
