This book is OKish. A lot of the recipes are pretty inventive especially the ones that use a dehyrdator. There is useful information about sprouting seeds. However, there are issues. The author seems to have an obsession with young coconut water and pulp and have the recipes include this as an ingredient (maybe she is paid off by Big Coconut). Fresh coconut is great but it is kind of time consuming to prepare and not the most practical food. Also there are a lot of foods here that just aren't great raw like squash. Overall not bad but not great either. Lost of recipes but few pictures. Living in the Raw Gourmet
