Much in depth. Found this book less introductory and direct in it's scope on targeted areas. Hardcover, Paperback Sorry to have to say I didn't like this book as much as I thought I would. The content
is way out of date. The book was published in the 80's. I knew it would be an old book
but I didn't think it would be this old. Hardcover, Paperback I always wanted to read and see what the hype was about from the 80s when Jane Fonda's workouts were in full blast. Some of the exercises we still do today but have modified new versions. I admire Jane for staying in shape today. She is a inspiration to keep moving and enjoy life. I like her honesty about her struggles with eating disorders.
I enjoyed looking at the 80s workout clothes and leg warmers! I ordered this book used and considering its 30 plus years old the book is in good condition.
The book came in quickly. I cannot believe Jane is over 80 now and looking good and still working show biz! Wow! Hardcover, Paperback Excellent Book! Easy and great exercises to keep healthy!
