I have been using this textbook since 2007 with around 200 students at UG and PG levels They seemed to like it and commented positivelyMy favourite feature about this book is that it addresses conventional OB topics through a wide variety of perspectivesFor instance it addresses the limitations of bureaucracy but also those of post bureaucracy where the uest for a 'streamlined' organisation ends up disempowering employees Other examples include the topics of motivation leadership technology power games gender etc Introducing Organizational Behaviour & M Great book lots of detail and I passed my MSc using this book as the basis for my dissertation Introducing Organizational Behaviour & M Good Introducing Organizational Behaviour & M like it Introducing Organizational Behaviour & M Was of great help to get a clearer view on the subject Must readThis allowed to get sources as well to expand my reading This is demanded if you wish to get a first Introducing Organizational Behaviour & M

Don't buy this book I'm having to read it for my university course and it's just insulting how 'relevant' the authors try to be For example here's a bit from a case study in the book pg 11Also in student jargon the pub was pretty good for 'pulling' Jackie was now in her second semester of her first year and had already 'pulled' a couple of pretty fit ladsThe authors are politely put at least above 50 You can almost see them talking to a young person going so what do you kids call it these daysAs a student I would rather a book which had examples that just got to the point rather than drone on and tell a made up story that just insults any student trying to take the book seriouslyAnd as far as pricing goes if you get the book for £5 then it's worth it since it will make an excellent paper weight or kindle other than that I don't recommend paying anything than £10 for it Introducing Organizational Behaviour & M This is reuired reading for a masters course I am taking online I do not recommend it It is written in a pedantic and incomprehensible style full of run on sentences which make it difficult to absorb the content I have to read every sentence at least three timesFor example p 146 In the name of empowerment this system cuts the possibility of breathing space and personal autonomy that 'buffers' of different kinds made possibleWhat the heck Can anybody tell me what this meansI think the proof reader fell asleep or this is a badly translated version of something that was originally written in a language other than EnglishIt does not really deserve one star Introducing Organizational Behaviour & M
