Part 4: Managing Your Mails The fourth week looks at mail activities; managing mails, arranging mails in folders and subfolders, identifying and classifying emails, creating personalized categories, managing junk mails, and navigating the To Do bar.
Part 5: Contacts In this chapter, we'd be looking at an entirely different Microsoft outlook function How to create new contacts and edit them, how to add people to your favorite contact list, finding and sorting contacts, creating and adding contacts to groups.
Part 6: Tasks In this chapter of this course, we'd talk about the To Do bar, differentiate between the To Do lists and Task lists, look at how to create and edit tasks, and how to convert emails into tasks.
Part 7: Calendar In the seventh and last chapter of this course, we'd be looking at the Outlook calendar, how to use the schedule view, how to add and edit appointments, how to schedule recurring appointments, how to schedule events, how to send and respond to meeting invitations, customizing your calendar and creating notes.
