It is a hillarious journey through his early years, his career and his private life. There are a lot of references to events that happened in I, Partridge: We Need to Talk About Alan I gave up on this book after the first chapter, but picked it up again because, in true Partridge style, I had nothing else to read and had paid for it anyway. This book is hilarious. I have been a fan of Alan Partridge since 'Knowing Me, Knowing You', but I don't believe that any comic vehicle he has been involved with comes close to this book. The writing in this book is fantastic, and reading it a second time provided me I, Partridge: We Need to Talk About Alan Fair play for Russell, an earlier reviewer, for putting his balls out of the bath on this and giving it the rating it deserves three stars. As a huge fan of Partridge, I couldn't help but feel a little relieved to finally finish this book. To give it a fair I, Partridge: We Need to Talk About Alan Much as Alan was when he got his 'gold card' and he didn't even spend £500 If you have followed Alan's career you will doubtless be aware of much of the subject matter, but it shows how TV can be manipulated as his account of all these events clearly shows that I, Partridge: We Need to Talk About Alan This is a bloomin' funny book. I think I could actually finish my review there. It's not like Alan is paying me by the word for this review or anything. I suppose I should fill out the dead space though so here's a bit .
