Taking pathophysiology in pharmacy school, this was a wonderful book. It was so detailed, and supplemented the lectures with material. My class has the 8th edition listed, but as we ALLL know, these text book companies make like 4 changes and charge an arm and a leg. This book is absolutely the best owner's manual for the human body I've found. It's full of information presented in a clear format with plenty of color charts, diagrams and illustrations. The cover you can tell it was used, but not much. I ordered the paperback version and it is perfect for my class and the cost was great. The only part was it took very long to get delivered.
