Just when you think you can't take any more epic feels M. Dauphin rocks out For Us and absolutely kills it.
Like the two previous books in the series this book grabbed hold of my attention and held me captive.
While not nearly as heart wrenching, For Us is still packed with overwhelming feels that rendered me speechless. I laughed, cried, loved, hated and swooned. In other words M. Dauphin sent my emotions into a tail spin.
For Us is a brilliant end to Alexis' story. Braydon is written exceptionally in this book. I adore him, my feelings go way past love. He's perfect! The relationship between Braydon and Alexis is so strong and true that I honestly don't miss Lane one bit. #sorrynotsorry
The whole broken promises series is an enthralling, heartbreaking series of books that have drawn me in and filled me with stunning feelings while taking me on a beautiful journey. I've enjoyed every word, every tear, every tug at my soul and every shatter of my heart. For Us ends the series beautifully and better than I expected. That shattered heart I've encountered through this series is now wondrously full. 5 stunning stars. Kindle Edition The final book in the novella series continues to give you the never-ending feels. The loss, the challenges, and the connection between Alexis Grant and Braydon Simms was clearly present but the aftermath of everything was something that was hard to overcome.

When I first came across this series (novella books too) I had no idea how much the characters stories would hit me hard. The author took each of their stories to a whole new level and leaving us constantly on our toes with endless goose bumps. With that said, the conclusion was no different where it still entailed some unexpected surprises. It ended on notes that will have you thinking and looking at different perspectives of life.

I highly recommend the Broken Promises series. Just be forewarn that there will be moments where it will not be easy in the heart. ;) ~Cristina, ★★★★✩ 4.5 stars

Smiling from ear to ear as I finished the last chapter of this awesome series!!!! I loved the first 2 books and book 3 was equally amazing!!! Since book 1 I loved Braydon!!! I knew there was more to him than the cocky, sexy player he started out as and oh boy was I right! He ends up being the perfect guy! He has a heart of gold and Alexis is the lucky girl to steal his heart and bring out a side of him no one not even himself knew existed!

This final book is the perfect story and through the ups and downs they fight together for LOVE & in the end they get the best of it all!

I loved the was M Dauphin writes & I can't wait to read more of what she has out there!

This third installment is again a novella length read that contains the roller coaster ride my emotions have come to expect from this author. When dealing with a novella length book, reviewing without giving anything away is troublesome because everything is a potential spoiler but you can expect to find the same elements (happiness, sadness, heartbreak, friendship, and love) as present as they were in the first two books. For Us is the final chapter for these characters and I love the way the author pulled everything together. The book is written in dual POV and I really enjoyed and appreciated the writing style and personality from the author. Just like with the first two instalments I could not put this book down until I was finished with it. There were a few grammar problems but overall it was a fast and emotional read. What a completely perfect ending to this amazingly beautiful series. It was easy to see in the previous books that Braydon held a torch for Alexis but stepped aside as he knew Lane did so as well and he could see how Alexis felt for Lane. Within this story you read how they struggle and feel guilt about having feelings have toward each other. Braydon is not going to give up on Alexis – he knows one day she will be his, he just needs to hold on. I knew I liked him from the start even with his cockiness, you could tell he was an amazing guy. There were just as many touching moments in this book as there were in the previous two. I have to say I cried in this story as well of course, but more happy tears then anything. Loved this series very much! Kindle Edition 4.5 star

I was pulled right into this short story. This is a 3 part story so be prepared to get all 3 parts. The story has laughs, pain, sadness, grief, and heartbreak.

This is Braydon’s story. Braydon has wanted Alexis forever he stepped aside when is friend claimed her first but now it’s his time to lay claim. Will Alexis be okay with that? Are they ready to move on? He knows Alexis will always love Lane but can she make room in her heart for Braydon? Can these two finally get the happy they so deserve? What happens when issues with the band come up will he have to choose between the band and Alexis? Can they overcome the issues they are both dealing with in order to be together? Will they be able to get that forever they both want so bad?

I loved these characters. I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book. Kindle Edition A great ending to a love story surrounded by much pain and tragedy. Kindle Edition I had no idea how M.Dauphin was going to do with this book, I had no idea which direction it was going to take, but I was excited for it. The fact that she had already exceeded the line for the best book at pulling and tugging at your emotions was incredible, so it was exciting to see what she would do this time, but somehow she managed to succeed again. I have literally fallen in love with this series and the fact that it reaches a place in my heart means so much, this series has kept me hooked from the beginning and I love it when an author can capture that because it shows then that the author is doing such an amazing job.

I loved learning about how Alexis was coping, and the fact that she wasn’t going to give up when her life had taken a major turn, Alexis impressed me from the start and I was glad to see that she was back on her feet even though things were taking its time. I also thought that Braydon had grew up a lot and was actually more charming and drew me in even more, so I’m glad to know that he’s still trying even though things were difficult. I didn’t think I would be able to love this series any more but somehow I do, this book and series in fact if you haven’t read it need to go out and buy it because there won’t be another book that’s this awesome. I can’t wait to read more of her work.

For Us is the perfect conclusion to this amazing series. As the other books in this series For Us will make you feel. Alexis's shines in this story. Her love, dedication, and strength is powerful. Braydon is simply perfect. He is beautiful, strong, and 100% devoted. While this story does have it's moments of angst it is also sweet and sexy.

Hands down this is M. Dauphin best work to date. I Highly Recommend !!!!
