The Fancy Nancy series is well written and engaging for its target audience. The author does a good job of introducing stretch vocabulary in the context of the story. The scenarios illustrated in the stories are realistic and not controversial. Sadly however, Jane O'Connor My daughter loves this book series. We are in to collect all of it. 6 year old daughter afored this book (and the series). I love the vocabulary stretching language and in this story she adored the mystery and the ending surprise. She was so exvited for Nancy and her family. The whole series can be recommended for solid writing as well as Jane O'Connor One day Nancy Clancy got sick and eavesdrop on Mr. D! I was so excited at the end of the book! I won't tell you what happened though. You have to read it yourself! Nancy Clancy and her BFF Bree, try to figure out what Mr. D ment on the phone call Nancy eavesdrop on! Jane O'Connor This is an adorable book I really enjoyed it but there was one tiny thing that is I wanted twin time!👶🏼👶🏼it would have been nice if we got to here a little from Nancy and Jojo 👩🏻🦰👧🏻. But in the long run I am very happy to have read this. If you write a Jane O'Connor My daughter loves the Fancy Nancy books and was thrilled to find the chapter books. This is a series that I as mom can read without rolling my eyes or going crazy! Win win! Jane O'Connor My 1st grade daughter received this series for Christmas and rereads it constantly. Great pick!
