Natalie, Steve and Mike are awesome! They are rich, well-rounded characters who handle piercing the veil with courage and panache. Spoiler alert: I sure hope Lucas gets turned back into a human before he loses himself as a cat. If you love Urban Fantasy and magic and ordinary people being thrust into that life, then this is the series for you! Read it! You'll find it worth it! Natalie, Rich and Lucas invent a pair of glasses that could turn the world upside down. Unfortunately an evil elf finds out about them, manages to turn Lucas into a cat, and the race is on to find a way to fix him and keep the glasses from the elf. I enjoyed the first book in this series as it was action packed and the storyline was great.
