Cute book about differences

I like how this book reassures kids that it’s ok to embrace their difference. Cute illustrations! I think there are so many situations where people try to sway an opinion change and it’s important for children to stay true to themselves. Kindle Edition Curly entertainment

This is a touching story about Cody and his curly hair. I'm impressed by how confident he is despite his family's insistence that he cut it. I would recommend the book to all teachers and parents! Kindle Edition Love it!

What a sweet and heartwarming story about Cody and his curls. I really liked Cody’s confidence and self-esteem even when his mom, sisters and grandma tell him to cut his hair. He strongly believes that although his hair is different, it is part of what makes him unique, special and handsome. That is exactly how all children should feel after reading Cody’s story. The illustrations are so cute too. Kindle Edition I really enjoyed this book. Wish I had this book growing up. One day my hair was straight, then it just changed overnight. It was unmanageable, frizzy and curly...and I didn't have a clue what was going on. Everyone in my family had straight hair. My family members like my cousins would joke about my hair...and it made me wonder if I was adopted. One day I cried in the mirror and cut it all off. Not until I was a teenager did I embrace my curls like Cody in the story...not until about 15 yrs of age did I discover hair products, and that I just happened to have gotten the curly hair gene from someone further down my family tree...my father's Moroccan side...which has now shown up in our youngest who is 3. I love the character the author has created...loving his curls and the illustrations are wonderful. So happy this book was written so other children can read this and love who God made them...with curly, kinky, crazy, beautiful hair 😍 Kindle Edition
