Not too helpful. Too many descriptions that leaves the reader to imagine for himself. Lots of examples but they are blurry and I don't know which corresponds to which text since all the illustrations are lumped together. George B. Bridgman
An updated version of the classic life drawing book from artist and teacher George Bridgman who taught anatomy to a generation of Golden Age artists, including Norman Rockwell. His perfectly described drawings emphasize the significance of muscle groups in the mechanical motion of the human form. An essential resource for every artist, of every kind: illustrators, fine artists, digital, and offer a solid background for modern styles including manga and anime.
