A clever book, clever story, clever writing style for a clever writer. A series of unfortunate events are unspeakably great. I think it's pretty undermined and we don't hear enough about, but that's a book of well read people and a must have for anyone who likes reading as et 2 de plus , Format Kindle, 0,00 € , Relié, Broché This books are amazing! I ordered this with the 4th and 5th installments and it was excellent! I really adore these stories! The story is a continuation of events following the Baudelaire orphans mishaps with Count Olaf in The Reptile Room. In The Wide Window they go to live with their Aunt Josephine but it isn't long before an unwelcome but familiar face tracks them down! Highly recommend these stories if you've never read them, they are fantastic! They centre around three orphans who are sent to live with a man named Count Olaf but he isn't what he appears to be and the Series of Unfortunate Events that began when the children became orphans continues! 5 stars, loved the story, arrived on time. et 2 de plus , Format Kindle, 0,00 € , Relié, Broché This book series caught my attention because of the Netflix series with Neil Patrick Harris. And as I usually like reading the original books before watching a movie / series, I gave this one a try.It is quite entertaining and very easy and fast to read. I really enjoy the lecture especially after a long and stressful working day (so far I have read books 1 6). This book series is just something you can switch your head off and can read it through without the need to concentrate too much. The way Lemony Snicket writes is very easy to follow and just makes you keep reading, even though the events in the book are predictable. Also the illustrations by beginning of every chapter in the Kindle version are a welcome change! The only thing I do not like is the patronising way to explain 'difficult' words of course those stories were written for children but even then I don't think that that much explanation is actually needed. et 2 de plus , Format Kindle, 0,00 € , Relié, Broché Those poor Baudelaire orphans. After the death of their beloved Uncle Monty, the third installment of Lemony Snicket's tale has Violet, Klaus, and Sunny heading toward the home of yet another new guardian. Left by Mr. Poe at Damocles Dock at the edge of Lake Lachrymose for et 2 de plus , Format Kindle, 0,00 € , Relié, Broché I really enjoyed this book and it was the closest yet to a happy ending. I don't think that this deserves 5 stars because it Is getting a bit repetitive but I did like it. The other books left me with a sad feeling but this was better because although the ending doesn't make everything okay, it leaves them in a better situation than it has through the rest of the book.I really like the fact that the author almost talks to you throughout the story for example, if there is a word that you don't tend to use much and you probably don't know what it means then he said which in this case means. and I really like that as I learned a lot of new words throughout this book.Over all I think this is a really great book that you should definitely read, And if you do then I hope you enjoy it!! et 2 de plus , Format Kindle, 0,00 € , Relié, Broché

My 8 yr old daughter has enjoyed the first 3 of this series tremendously, this the best yet. They 'feel' like a good quality book, the storys have her hooked, & they have educational value, particularly with the use & explanation of some unusual words & phrases. I would recommend for any kids of her age & above. I believe they are future 'classics.' I don't feel younger readers would necessarily appreciate then sometimes dark nature of the books. et 2 de plus , Format Kindle, 0,00 € , Relié, Broché it would have been good to know there was already a name in it. et 2 de plus , Format Kindle, 0,00 € , Relié, Broché

NOWA NETFLIX ORIGINAL SERIESDear Reader,If you have not read anything about the Baudelaire orphans, then before you read even one sentence, you should know this: Violet, Klaus, and Sunny are kindhearted and quick witted, but their lives, I am sorry to say, are filled with bad luck and misery. All of the stories about these three children are unhappy and wretched, and this one may be the worst of them all.If you havent got the stomach for a story that includes a hurricane, a signalling device, hungry leeches, cold cucumber soup, a horrible villain, and a doll named Pretty Penny, then this book will probably fill you with despair.I will continue to record these tragic tales, for that is what I do. You, however, should decide for yourself whether you can possibly endure this miserable story. With all due respect,Lemony Snicket Offrir cet ebook
