I love beer. And how good it is to have married a good woman who also loves beer? Like most, we both started with the fizzy yellow stuff which was mostly unexciting. We evolved to transition beers (Sam Adams, Bass Ale, Shiner Bock and the like).

Then…a trip to Belgium and Germany. For Beer lovers this was a trip to Disneyland. Such an awakening, it led to 15 additional visits, which included many great historic breweries and sooooo many beers.

At Middleton Brewing, we have applied 20 years of mainly home brewing experience  in the pursuit of great Continental brews. Belgian Abbey, Golden and Trippel Ales are our specialty, supported by seasonal oak aged and soured brews on occasion.

And hop heads will gather unto us because West Coast IPA’s, hoppy Red Ales as well as Pale Ales remain a passion and will always be available.
